House Rules

1. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning schedule will be liable for all resulting costs.

2. Local Bookings

Guests may not make reservations within their own city of residence at nobilis Apartments.
Please contact us if you wish to book in your own hometown.

3. No Parties or Excessive Noise

Parties are strictly prohibited, including on balconies or in common areas (e.g., hallways). Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, including near open doors or windows. Violations will incur a €250 fee, plus costs for deep cleaning and damage repairs.
Smoking is permitted only on the balcony or outside the entrance door if ashtrays are provided.

4. Commercial Photography & Illegal Activities

Commercial photography/videography is not allowed without prior written permission.
Illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction and legal action.

5. Guest Limit

Only the number of guests specified in the reservation is permitted.
Unauthorized guests will be charged €50 per night per additional person.
Additional guests can be added at any time via our guest portal.

6. No Pets

Pets are not allowed. Violations will result in a €150 fee, plus costs for deep cleaning and any necessary repairs.
Guests with service animals must contact us in advance.

7. Noise Monitoring & Security

Noise monitoring systems may be installed to prevent excessive volume.
Public areas may be under video surveillance for security purposes.

8. Damages & Lost Items

Guests are fully responsible for any damage or loss of property within the apartment.
All damages must be reported to our customer service immediately.
Lost keys (keycards, remotes, parking permits, etc.) will incur a replacement fee (cost of new keys/locks) plus a €50 processing fee.

9. Compliance with House Rules

By booking, guests agree to abide by these house rules.
Violations may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation, eviction without refund, and liability for all damages, fees, or expenses incurred.
